This is a super quick recipe that replaces high fat/high calorie pizzeria pizza. You can use any wrap of your choice, there are so many to choose from. I used Ezekiel Wraps, added a whole sliced tomato, a little extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese and some low fat mozzarella. Toasted in the oven, with some roasted chicken on the side & a small salad! A perfect Friday Night Pizza Fix!
